Most engagements run 6 to 12 weeks depending on scope. A positioning refresh moves faster; a full brand system with audience research, messaging architecture, and identity direction takes the full window.

Do you work with in-house brand teams or replace them?

We work alongside them. Our best engagements are collaborations — our outside perspective plus the internal team's institutional knowledge is a stronger combination than either alone.

What's the difference between brand strategy and marketing strategy?

Brand strategy is the durable layer — positioning, values, voice, audience. Marketing strategy is the campaign layer — how that brand goes to market in a given quarter. We do both, but we start with brand.
